Tiny Dancers has been created for parents who have a love of music and dancing to party during the day and have fun with their children, no baby sitter required!
IMPORTANT INFO
Parking
Parking in and around Ayr town centre is currently free for 2 hours if you use one of the parking meters, just put your registration number in and take a display ticket. There is also a paying carpark at the end of the street on Boswell Park.
Stairs/Accessibility
The DJ, bar, garden with seating and dance floor area are all outside on the ground floor which is pram/buggy/wheelchair accessible. There is a ramp down into the garden area where the craft tables and other activities will be, you will access this area through the main door on Arthur Street through to the back area of the venue and outside.
Toilets and nappy-changing facilities
The toilets are all on the ground floor and there is a baby changing table in the accessible toilet.
Ticketing, prams/pushchairs info
Everyone requires a ticket for this event. Babes in arms (pre-walkers) are free but still require a ticket. Booking fees are included already in the price, there are no hidden costs.
There is limited storage space for prams/pushchairs at the venue so please, where possible, leave these at home and bring a baby carrier. Prams/pushchairs will not be allowed in the dance floor area as they are a trip hazard.
Weather
This event is outdoors in the garden area and should we be unlucky with the weather there is an awning which comes out to cover the seating area. The venue can also provide ponchos and there will be access to the back indoor area of the venue. Please come prepared for all eventualities like you would for a festival.
What’s the refund policy?
There is a no refund policy. If you are unable to attend you may sell your tickets to someone else.
Safety
Adults remain responsible for their children at all times.
This is a family event and adult only groups are not permitted.
The event will be busy and the dance floor is for adults and children to dance together.
Please be aware that this event is standing/dancing with limited seating available in the garden and the back indoor area of the venue.
The event will be risk assessed in advance.
Light up, battery operated accessories are not permitted due to risks associated with circular batteries so please do not bring these along.
Large Groups
If attending as a large group please ensure one adult to two children minimum. Entry will be refused to groups where there is inadequate supervision. If there are more than 4 adults per child in your group, or you are planning to bring a large group of children (eg a birthday party) please email lornayogabellies@gmail.com for pre-approval before buying tickets.
Sound Level
Music will be played at a safe and appropriate level for Tiny Dancers ears within WHO guidelines.
Though quieter than at adult events, it is still loud enough to feel like you are at a club. If your child is particularly sensitive to noise you might want to consider using ear defenders.
Photography/Marketing
We may photograph or film small parts of this event and by entering you are giving your permission for these to be used for promotion purposes.

Please be aware that Tiny Dancers is designed to provide a family friendly, authentic club/festival experience and is not a traditional children’s party or disco.
There will be no children’s music or traditional party games. If your little one has a birthday please do let us know and we can give them a shout out!
The concept is to give families unity on the dance floor, dancing together and making memories. DJs will be announced in advance of each party but may be subject to unavoidable change.
